Arrival in Bwindi

• Continue your journey towards Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, arriving in the late afternoon.
• Check-in at your lodge or camp and take some time to relax and unwind after the day’s journey.
• Enjoy dinner at the lodge, where you’ll receive a briefing about the following day’s gorilla trekking adventure.

Day 2: Gorilla Trek and Visit Batwa Pygmies

• Wake up early for breakfast before heading to the park headquarters for a briefing by experienced guides.
• Receive important information about gorilla trekking etiquette, safety guidelines, and the behavior of mountain gorillas.
• After the briefing, embark on an exhilarating gorilla trek through the dense forests of Bwindi.
• Trekking can vary in duration and difficulty depending on the location of the gorilla families, but the experience of encountering these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat is truly unparalleled.
• Spend up to one hour observing and photographing the gorillas as they go about their daily activities, including feeding, playing, and grooming.
• After the trek, return to the lodge for a well-deserved rest and lunch.
